PrimaryBid was pleased to support ANGLE plc (the "Company") during its latest capital raise via a Retail Offer on the PrimaryBid platform.

In aggregate, the Placing Shares, Retail Offer Shares and Management Subscription Shares (together, the "New Ordinary Shares") represent approximately 10.7 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company, raising gross proceeds of £20.13 million for the Company.
