Where can I view the offer details and documents?
Once you’ve logged in you can view details of live offers. Click on an offer to read the details and view any supporting documents. Please read all details on this page thoroughly before applying to any offer.
Will I be notified when an offer goes live?
Once you have signed up for an account and we have verified your details you will be sent emails to notify you of new offers. If you want to be notified of our offers via push notification, please download the PrimaryBid app and turn your push notifications on to be notified about our offers.
What are your onboarding checks and why are they needed?
Once you have signed up for a PrimaryBid account, we will perform a series of onboarding checks that allow us to verify your identity and ensure that our service fulfils our regulatory obligations to prevent money laundering and other financial crime.
I already have the PrimaryBid app, do I need to sign up online?
No, you simply need to log in with your PrimaryBid login details to access the online platform. Just provide us with your email address and we’ll send a code to your email that you’ll need to use to log in.
