PrimaryBid Ltd. was pleased to support ATOME Energy plc during its latest capital raise.

The PrimaryBid Offer successfully raised gross proceeds of £0.55 million at 106.2 pence per new ordinary share.

The Placing Shares, the PrimaryBid Offer, and the Further Issue Shares have in aggregate raised gross proceeds of approximately £3.74 million for the Company.
