PrimaryBid SA was pleased to support CARMAT ("the Company") during its latest capital raise. The Company announced the success of its global offering for a gross amount of €31.1 million, of which €27.2 million was subscribed by specialized investors and €3.9 million was subscribed by retail investors (via the PrimaryBid platform) (the “Global Offering”).
