PrimaryBid was pleased to support Downing Renewables & Infrastructure Trust plc ("the Company") during its latest capital raise.

The Company has raised gross proceeds of c.£52.9 million, and received applications in respect of 47,614,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 111 pence per Ordinary Share, exceeding the target size of the Initial Issue.
